Default more guitars than you can poke a stick at WARNING wood porn

start next month with David Fletcher here in wollongong (you tube fletcher hand crafted) building three teles one one on a daily basis with him - I have PTSD and some days.... not good so not good to try and be near machinery. 2 left tele's and a right one for a gift for a friend. I struggle with pressure and being put under any sort of time frame now so we will go day by day.

Crimson is September and in Dorset I need to get out of Australia after what gave me the PTSD and try and heal , getting geographically away and music are the two best things for me.

At crimson I am making a JS ibanez style from Californian master grade curly redwood, a 'woody' jem that is black limba body with pale moon ebony top, an EVH wolfgang African Okoume body with master grade flame Koa top, these will all be done mainly on cnc I am cad drawing slowly not very good with it and learning slowly plus a fourth , a les paul style guitar with a master grade quilted maple top , tropicalk figured mahogany neck through not set neck and either have black limba or mahogany wings on it- it will also have a fishman power bridge.

anyway the thre teles have no pick guard the left and right hand are twins and have black limba bodies with master grade victorian blackwood fiddleback tops and 5A rated flame maple roasted necks necks i have a choice of woods for fretboards . Lindy fralin overwound bridge and P92 neck ie the infamous linholf tele set up I will attempt to replicate for me and a friend but using high end woods.
the other tele is a flamed walnut neck gold hardware and a solid claro highly figured one piece body wiggins texas wound pickups maple. Pale moon ebony fingerboard.

strat will be made probably tasmanian golden black wood I have drying with a cocobolo top and one piece cocobolo neck.

Huge thanks to David Fletcher of Fl;etcher hand crafted guitars for taking me on with these projects and also James Blackburn at crimson for enduring constant emails and wood deliveries for September so my wood has time to settle in their shop.

Big shout out to rich at ibanez rules for getting me genuine lefty ibanez 7v jem and js chrome mode bridges USA to Australia in less than 5 days and always quick to respond with advice and help. Same with max at cottam guitars Manchester UK for Ibanez and Dimarzio supply, Harworth Guitars in Wollongong for supplying Seymour Duncan and fishman pick ups and products for the builds Larose guitars and gallery hardwoods for the amazing fingerboards and bodies and also commercial forest products, John Carpenterio for the cocobolo with CITES paperwork from Nicaragua.

This looks excellent! Keep us updated! I am looking forward to seeing how they turn out, especially the Macassar Ebony fretboards!

Thanks mate I've gotten sick of searching for what I want or virtually beg so it's come to this , do it yourself and do it right which means picking out all the woods I want with the exact pickups I want. I reckon I will have a versatile collection and, considering I made them myself won't worry about beat up etc.
