    I'm actually considering this if they'd discount the price significantly. Plus, it has binding and gold hardware so it's not ALL black haha. Looks like an EC-1000 semi-hollow

    Seems like a really solid price already, I've seen these ES at usually around 1200-1400-ish, but maybe they're different model numbers. I know there are some in red also.

    If they could drop the price any more I'd say definitely go for it.

    Only issue, in my opinion, would be resale. I don't see this model as a hot commodity in case I don't fall in love with the hollow body design.*

    *not that anything is easy to sell these days

    Like I told you yesterday, I think Im really wanting to get a black Gretsch Pro Jet. Idk why but for some reason it appeals to me. Of course ill swap out everything thats on it I’m sure, but it sure looks like a fun guitar that no one else has.
