    Default Not a Basic Bass

I used a rogue bass neck and all the parts except for the pot and one pickup from the rogue bass musicians friends sells. I put drop strings on it though. 34 scale. Just one pickup. Just one knob! Easy. Amber stain by Zar on poplar wood. Done in two days, but could have been one day. The wood cost me 20 dollars from Dobson Pipe Organ Builders. The bass cost me 120, extra stings, a pot and a jack so total is 170 ish.

thanks, I wasn't sure if I should paint it or not. To me the white paint is snow and the black is the night.

You're welcome! I'm not here much though. I basically only post when I build something hehe.

I made a modification to my bass. Now it has two top horns. I re-painted it also obviously. This is more my traditional style.
