This was a lot cheaper to make then an electric! woo. It is 8 strings and I drop tune it 2 steps. I have switched from bass to the guitar. Yeah it has a tiny sound though but if I'm playing lead for metal I have to amp it anyways. Takes forever to tune. It is really light. I drill all the wood out to make it hollow!!!! Then screw a back plate on it. Gonna put the side dots on soon. I'm using an online fret calculator. I think it has 26 positions.
