    Prices include shipping CONUS, but not the 2% PP, so add 2% if you think I'm shady. Will discount and combine shipping for multiple items. The more you buy, the more generous the discount will be.

    Nice stuff there bro!
    Im not bery familiar with the Pearly Gates so I have a few questions;
    1) Can this be used in the neck position with any success, or is it voiced toward the bridge position only.
    2) What would a Ceramic or Alnico 8 magnet do to the voicing of this pickup?

    Im just kicking around ideas here, but Im basically wondering if this can be used either in the neck, or maybe it could be double dipped in Texas hot sauce and made a little hotter and fuller sounding.
    I realize that its designed for a specific position, and voiced toward vintage or lower output, so Im not trying to make it do something it cant do, only wondering what else it could possibly do if that makes sense.

    Thank you Sir.

    Ps the Texas Hot Sauce reference was found here:

    Sounds good with an Alnico 8.

    It's voiced for bridge, but it's resistance could allow it in the neck without too much muddiness.

    Thank you, thats why I asked cause @ 8k its right at the threshhold of being used in either position with some pickup height adjustments...
    Im just throwing ideas around, so I was just wondering and besides, that little bit of info there just might help others who may have the same question.
    As youre probably aware, according to the bottom sticker it is an early 2000's wound by Lydia Daniels.

    Personally, if you want a neck pickup with some bite, I'd snag the Carvin pickup.

    If I were after a neck humbucker, I would grab the Joe, Joe, and that's no joke. I love the tone he got out of that pickup.

    I've got a white PAF master, single conductor, would you trade for that vintage blues? I'd like the Fred too, if I throw in $20, plus the pickup, does that sound good?

    Not looking to trade, unless it's REALLY interesting.
